Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was a bit outdated, reminiscent of the late 70s or early 80s, but it had spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist us. However, the neighborhood was not the safest, being known for drug activities, which made me feel uneasy. The dining options were limited and of low quality.
The hotel rooms may not look like the photos online, but they have comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, which was essential for my daughter. However, the poor sound insulation was a downside. The service was exceptional, from helping with booking details to providing insights on local attractions and ancient drinks. The hotel's location is convenient for access to touristic destinations, although the surrounding area can seem a bit dirty and unsafe after dark. The dining options were limited, with only three choices available. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's proximity to TAPO and the airport provides easy transportation access.
The hotel had some building work ongoing, which caused noise in the mornings and afternoons, but overall, my stay was decent. The rooms weren't the most comfortable, but they were acceptable. The service was helpful, assisting me from booking confirmation to providing details on attractions. The location was not the safest but convenient for Uber rides to tourist spots. The dining options were limited to three low-quality choices, though fresh vegetables were available.
